Certified translation

Russian is the state language of the RF, so when you submit to official authorities documents that were created and signed beyond the bounds of the RF, you will need the certified translation of those documents. Certified translation is done in two stages: first, the document is translated into the required language, for example, into Russian, and then the translation needs to be certified by a certifying officer. According to Notariate of the RF, for a translation certification in addition to the translation itself an original signed document has to be submitted.
